Firehouse Roofing is seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Job Site Project Manager to join our team. As a Job Site Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects. You will work closely with our production team, field teams, clients, and vendors to coordinate all aspects of roofing projects, from initial planning to final delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Be at designated job sights to facilitate.
Analyze contracts for essential materials and licenses
Develop a thorough project budget
Order all materials and pull all licenses needed for the project
Schedule projects by coordinating with crew members and customers
Facilitate clear communication between project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure project goals and expectations are met
Handle customer questions and concerns about the project
Qualifications:
Required: Experience in the construction field
Preferred: Exposure to Xactimate, data mining, and data analysis
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Good driving record and current valid driver's license
Must comply with Firehouse standards - clean cut, uniforms, etc
Hours: Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday shifts. (Start and end times vary on the job)
