We’re on a mission to create a first-class experience for clients, and we need a Mortgage Administrative Assistant to support our top-notch lending team.
The ideal candidate will have office experience as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant, display a commitment to the highest ethical standards, possess impeccable attention to detail, and exhibit a professional and friendly demeanor.

Compensation:

$14 - $17 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Complete other supportive duties as needed by the team
  • Handle all front desk duties, including welcoming office visitors, organizing mail, faxing documents, and completing other assigned tasks, such as running errands outside the office, when needed
  • Provide concierge-level support to everyone from vendors to clients to improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Ordering routine third-party mortgage items, such as insurance, flood, fraud, and other reports

  • Providing occasional telephone coverage and directing calls

  • Helping our processing and operations teams with overflow

  • Completing data entry and other general office duties

  • Learning our mortgage processes and systems

  • Taking on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and abilities grow

  • Pitching in wherever needed to help our team and clients


Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Adobe are required with the ability to quickly learn new programs
  • High school diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred
  • Prior experience as an office assistant or receptionist preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and systems builder who can stay focused and work efficiently while multitasking with minimal supervision
