Retail Loan Processing - Premier Service Group 


Premier Service Group is looking for an entry-level Processor to join our team. This is a highly communication-driven role, and team members will spend a significant portion of the day on the phone assisting customers and store partners.


This position plays a key role in driving client satisfaction by maintaining a solution-oriented mindset, communicating effectively, and continuously building and applying lender knowledge across multiple verticals.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and is comfortable balancing frequent phone interactions with real-time processing responsibilities.


What You’ll Do:


Manage high-volume inbound communications:
Handle a large volume of inbound calls daily, assisting customers and store partners with questions, applications, and issue resolution while maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and strong phone etiquette.


Process applications:
Efficiently process high volumes of prefilled applications in real time, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to lender guidelines.


Multi-vertical processing:
 Work across multiple lending verticals and lenders, applying and retaining lender-specific guidelines and requirements while maintaining speed and accuracy.


High-volume time management:
 Work through applications back-to-back while balancing phone communication and processing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Systems navigation and documentation:
Navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and software platforms simultaneously to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.


Continuous learning and growth:
Stay up to date on lender guidelines, systems, and processes, with opportunities to expand knowledge and take on increased responsibility.


Qualifications:

  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment to ensure high-quality customer interactions and professional call standards
  • Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) as we see some of our highest volume on the weekends. 
  • Fast and reliable internet connection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong and professional phone etiquette
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of daily phone interactions
  • Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and processing tasks
  • Ability to retain and apply knowledge across multiple lenders and verticals
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously
  • Previous experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) is a plus
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations and reconciliation
