Position Summary
We are seeking a structured, full-time Recruitment Screener to handle high-volume applicant processing. In this role, you will be the primary gatekeeper evaluating active, inbound applications for our organization. Your core objective is to rapidly identify candidate compliance based on present job requirements. Your goal is to efficiently shortlist qualified talent to pass along to our recruiting and management team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review high volumes of inbound resumes against specific job descriptions.
  • Filter candidates based on mandatory requirements like education, skills, and certifications.
  • Call applicants to quickly verify technical skill levels, salary expectations, and physical requirements.
  • Ensure high data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), cleanly advancing qualified talent and dispositioning unqualified candidates.
  • Deliver a vetted, consistent shortlist of applicants to senior recruiters and hiring managers.
