Admissions Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Full-Time | Up to $20.00 per Hour

Do you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our skilled nursing team and assist our Admissions Director in welcoming new residents and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills who is looking to begin a rewarding career in healthcare. Previous admissions experience is not required—we're willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do
  • Assist the Admissions Director with the admission process from referral through admission.

  • Greet prospective residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

  • Help coordinate admissions paperwork and ensure documents are completed accurately.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Communicate with hospitals, physicians, families, and internal departments to help facilitate smooth admissions.

  • Assist with tours of the community and answer questions about our services.

  • Maintain accurate records and data entry.

  • Provide administrative support to the Admissions Director as needed.
