Key Responsibilities: • Greet patients warmly and professionally • Assist with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and check-outs • Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms after each visit • Support chiropractors with basic administrative tasks • Manage patient flow to ensure appointments run on time • Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Light clerical duties including data entry into our electronic health records (EHR) system
