Junior Customer Service Representative

Junior Customer Service Representative responsibilities center around facilitating the Tube Supply sales process. In this entry-level role, you'll enter sales orders received from our Account Managers into our database. Sales Assistants are the first point of contact for troubleshooting with customers and will coordinate with outside processing vendors to treat material to each customer's specifications.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Order Entry
    • Create sales orders in accordance with specifications used by Tube Supply and/or customers, which may also include the creation of special process purchase orders (SPO)
    • Create purchase orders for the Sales department for external material (Buyouts)
  • Match Mill Test Reports according to the order & specifications supplied by Sales
  • Track and troubleshoot orders
  • Correct discrepancies between purchase orders and received product
  • Comply with all HSE, QMS, and Corporate policies at Tube Supply
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your Supervisor
    • Intercompany stock transfers
