ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Accurately input information into TEAMS, including student attendance hours
  • Monitor and clear TEAMS data exceptions
  • Working with Tests of Adult Basic Education (TABE), CASAS, and progress concerning Adult Education and Literacy students
  • Maintain files and records
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Office experience
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel software programs
  • Experience maintaining files and records

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Typical office
  • Business Hours
  • M-Th 8:00 am- 5:00 pm F 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
  • summer M-Th 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 pm
  • Periodic evening and weekend hours during peak periods (e.g., open enrollment, payroll)
  • Occasional travel (less than 10%)

Physical Demands
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • The person in this position needs to move to other locations on campus occasionally

Salary Range - $12.00/hour
