About Us
Murray's Collision Group is a family-owned collision repair company operating multiple locations across the greater Puget Sound area under the CARSTAR and Fix Auto brands. 


What We Offer

  • $21–$24/hour depending on experience

  • Stable Monday–Friday schedule — no evenings, no weekends (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 9am-3pm)


What You'll Do

  • Check customers in for repairs and document vehicle condition at drop-off
  • Create Repair Orders and prepare file documentation
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and coordinate DRP assignments
  • Help customers understand the repair process — claims, rental coordination, payment, and timelines
  • Attend daily production meetings and give customers status updates by phone, text, or email
  • Schedule estimate appointments and vehicle drop-offs
  • Print final bills and warranties, explain coverage, and collect payment at delivery
  • Ask happy customers for Google reviews
  • Keep the front office running smoothly and manage a busy multi-line phone system


What We're Looking For

  • Customer service experience preferred — retail, restaurant, call center, medical, automotive, or similar all count
  • Confidence talking with people face-to-face, including customers who are stressed or upset
  • Comfort juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills — you'll talk with customers and insurance adjusters throughout the day
  • Comfort learning new software systems; CCC ONE or shop management experience is a plus but not required
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
