Position Specific Summary
As a member of the Graduate School of Business Admissions Operations Team, the student will assist with all aspects of the application intake and management process. Duties include:
- Assisting with management of the department email inbox, including responding to inquiries and sorting incoming email
- Processing and verifying application documents
- Frequent use of databases and systems, including maintaining confidentiality of student information
- Occasional interaction with current students and other office guests
- Supporting the overall operations of the office
