Associate Client Services Representative
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in customer service, revenue support, and print operations? If you enjoy supporting a team, managing information accurately, and helping ensure customer and production needs are completed on time, this could be a great opportunity for you.

At Thomson Reuters, theAssociate Client Services Representativeprovides essential administrative and operational support to the Customer Service team within Print Operations. This entry-level role helps maintain accurate order information, support invoicing and revenue-related activities, manage files and documentation, track key ship dates, and assist with shipping documentation.

You will work closely with Client Service Representatives, Production Account Coordinators, Revenue, Shipping, and other internal teams to help ensure customer requests, production updates, and order documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

In this opportunity as aAssociate Client Services Representative, you will:

  • Support the Customer Service team with administrative and operational tasks related to customer orders, print jobs, revenue activities, and production workflows.
  • Assist withRevenue in the Appactivities by entering, updating, reviewing, and maintaining accurate order, revenue, or billing-related information within applicable systems.
  • Supportinvoicingprocesses by helping verify order details, job information, pricing support documentation, shipping information, and other required data needed for accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Help managesamples and surge tableactivities by tracking sample requests, updating applicable logs or tables, communicating status updates, and ensuring information is organized and available to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accuratefile management and Insite managementprocesses, including uploading, organizing, naming, updating, and retrieving customer files, production files, proofs, specifications, documentation, and related job materials.
  • Review and updateship datesby using the Must Ship Date list provided by internal partners and entering or updating those dates for Customer Service Representatives in applicable systems or tracking tools.
  • Assist withOSI shipping documentationby preparing, organizing, reviewing, and routing shipping documents to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of job details, documentation updates, ship dates, invoice support information, customer files, and internal communications within SAP, Insite, shared files, spreadsheets, or other business systems.
  • Partner with Client Service Representatives, Production Account Coordinators, Revenue, Shipping, Scheduling, and Production teams to help ensure information is complete, accurate, and available when needed.
  • Monitor assigned task lists, shared inboxes, tables, reports, or queues to help ensure work is completed within expected timelines.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or unclear information and escalate questions to the appropriate Client Service Representative or internal contact for follow-up.
  • Provide status updates to internal team members regarding documentation, ship dates, files, invoices, samples, or other assigned support tasks.
  • Follow established procedures, naming conventions, data entry standards, documentation requirements, and customer service expectations.
  • Support process consistency by helping keep spreadsheets, logs, customer files, system records, and documentation repositories current and organized.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating proactively, asking questions, sharing updates, and supporting team members during peak demand periods.
  • Assist with additional administrative, operational, customer service, revenue support, or special project work as requested.
