ImageWorks Display is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This entry-level position is responsible for accurately entering customer information and sales orders into our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring data integrity and supporting the smooth flow of information across the organization.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in producing accurate work. This role works closely with the Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer and order information is entered correctly and efficiently.

Essential Functions
  1. Accurately enter customer information, sales orders, and related data into the NetSuite ERP system.
  2. Review incoming order documentation for completeness and accuracy before entry.
  3. Verify customer information, pricing, quantities, shipping details, and other order information to minimize errors.
  4. Maintain and update customer records within the ERP system.
  5. Perform quality checks on entered data and promptly correct discrepancies when identified.
  6. Communicate with internal departments to clarify missing or inaccurate information needed for order entry.
  7. Prioritize and process orders in a timely manner to support customer expectations and operational deadlines.
  8. Assist with maintaining organized electronic records and documentation related to sales orders.
  9. Support periodic data cleanup and record maintenance initiatives.
  10. Follow established procedures and contribute ideas to improve data entry accuracy and efficiency.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  12. Perform other administrative or clerical duties as assigned.
