Key Responsibilities

  • Daytime - Part-time: Work 24 hours a week  
  • Maintenance & Retrieval: Maintains, organizes and retrieves physical and digital files to ensure office efficiency. 
  • Document Management: Sort, scan, and file documents into the digital deals and files while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality policies.
  • Access: Locate and retrieve files upon request, maintaining logs of pulled records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, photocopying, and general office tasks.
