An entry-level Bilingual Haitian Creole Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for clients - front-desk operations by providing warm customer service and clear communication in both English and Haitian Creole. [

Key Responsibilities

  • Client/Communication: Greet visitors warmly in person and answer incoming phone calls with professionalism.
  • Language Translation: Translate questions, messages, and basic information accurately between English and Haitian Creole.
  • Scheduling & Intake: Ha data entry, and appointment scheduling using office software.
  • Administrative Support: Sort mail, manage office correspondence, keep the reception area clean, and file documents.
  • Routing Inquiries: Direct phone calls or messages to the correct departments or staff members.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Language Fluency: Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Haitian Creole.
  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a polite, helpful attitude.
