Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and focused Administrative Assistant to join a team in Greensboro, NC. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment and excels at maintaining organization. The ideal candidate will handle essential, repetitive daily clerical tasks that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Pay Rate 
$16.00 / hour              
Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm
Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform heavy copying, scanning, sorting, and digital/physical filing of company records.
  • Accurately input information into spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
  • Process, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain organized workstations, keep supply closets stocked, and assist with general office upkeep.
  • Assist the administrative team with routine repetitive tasks and special projects as needed.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications and Requirements
  • Basic proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and standard office equipment (copiers, scanners).
  • High level of accuracy while performing routine, repetitive data entry and filing tasks.
  • Candidates for this role should be organized, have excellent attendance, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to keep physical and digital files systematically arranged.
