Job description

We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Data Entry- Training Department  primarily supports the date entry function for site training for tracking and document version control. $20.50- $22 per hour DOE, paid weekly,  M-F 7am- 3:30pm.

  • Record all pertinent employee training data in Excel and Employee electronic files. Ensure all learning resources, rosters, quizzes and supporting information are stored in centralized document management systems (Oracle, Excel, Sway, Microsoft Office Forms, Employee Files).
  • Maintain electronic learning resources version control for SOP, PMP, SMP, Safety Standards and electronic training documents in appropriate locations, which may include but not limited to Kimball SharePoint sites. 
  • Support data entry for basic training needs related to standard business process and company policies by assisting in the creation of site specific training quizzes for SOP, PMP, SMP, Safety Standards and other training material requested by other departments.
  • Organizes and files employee training documents to include electronic and hard copy items to employee files.   
  • Performs data entry work and other office related duties (e.g. scanning documents, filing, etc.)
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by management that will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
