Job description

SAP Data Entry Analyst

The SAP Data Entry Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate data entry to support the operational effectiveness of the Logistics Team. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity by processing goods receipts, resolving discrepancies, and serving as a liaison between the Logistics Inventory Planning team and the Logistics Warehouse team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and confident working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team of inventory and transportation planners, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Facilitate accurate Goods Receipts in SAP for incoming part shipments upon arrival, ensuring correct purchase order and PO line matching.
  • Coordinate stock transfer orders from one location to another, ensuring accurate inventory movements and timely moments to support production and service requirements.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve receiving errors in SAP to maintain high data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers, Procurement, and Material Planning to verify shipping documents and ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Process internal Jira requests for parts, ensuring compliance with established testing allocations and operational guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to data accuracy, receiving processes, and system integration across SAP and related platforms.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to logistics planners, fostering a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Travel up to 10% may be required (including international travel)

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of data entry, logistics support, or related operational experience.
  • Proven ability to enter data quickly, accurately, and consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both internal and external partners.
  • Experience with SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar enterprise systems preferred.
  • Bonus Qualifications: Experience in automotive manufacturing or other complex production environments. Background in inventory or materials planning.
