What we need:

The Pricing Coordinator is an entry-level contributor that supporting pricing strategies and initiatives. This role will support pricing processes and gain understanding of company and industry finance and pricing policies.

 

What you'll do:

  • Assist in analyzing pricing data, including cost components, competitor pricing, and market trends, to identify opportunities for pricing optimization.
  • Conduct price comparisons and benchmarking studies under guidance.
  • Provide support in setting and adjusting prices for products/services based on analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Pricing Manager and relevant stakeholders to implement pricing strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain pricing databases and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing information.
  • Assist in updating price lists, contracts, and agreements as directed.
  • Support the monitoring of competitor pricing strategies and market dynamics to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing competitive intelligence data.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

What you have:

  • Associate degree in human resource management preferred, or one to two years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience. 
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
