Legal Technology Business Analyst
Overview
TransPerfect is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of our businesses through the Virtual Reef platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in business operations, process management, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced global organization.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, analytical, and eager to learn. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Support daily operational and administrative processes managed through the Virtual Reef platform
  • Monitor workflows, track requests, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflows
  • Analyze data and identify trends, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement
  • Help maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Communicate updates and process information clearly to stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the team as needed
