Grover Precision, a family-owned business, is seeking Production Support to join its team in Oxford, Maine. Since 1983, Grover has provided precision manufacturing solutions to customers in the medical, aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. Job Summary

The Production Support team member assists with a variety of manufacturing operations to help keep production running efficiently. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a manufacturing environment. No prior manufacturing experience is required, and training will be provided.

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour
  First-shift schedule, Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts with a flexible start time between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM)

  •  Cut, face, straighten, drill, polish, and bore-blast materials as needed

  •  Follow work orders, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements
  •  Track production time using the company kiosk clocking system
  •  Monitor work and report quality concerns or material issues promptly
  •  Coordinate with production, quality, and operations teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
