As an Associate Buyer, you will build the foundation of your procurement career while supporting a world-class aerospace manufacturing operation. In this entry-level role, you'll work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure critical materials and services are delivered on time, at the right cost, and to the highest quality standards.   What You Will Do
  • Support procurement activities for assigned aerospace commodities and services.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships while gathering and validating pricing, specifications, and delivery information.
  • Solicit supplier quotations, evaluate bids, and assist with negotiating favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and contracts in accordance with company policies and business requirements.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and other stakeholders to support operational objectives.
  • Track supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and compliance.
  • Resolve procurement issues, shipment delays, discrepancies, and supplier concerns through timely corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace industry standards, including AS9100 and ITAR requirements.
