We are seeking an Analyst - 2 year contract to join the Datalinx Platform & Data Management team. In this role, you will work to drive operational excellence across our data platforms, including Salesforce, the TMX Datalinx Webstore, DataBP, Client Portal, and Business Intelligence workflows.

You will play a key part in maintaining data integrity and streamlining workflows by managing daily platform activities, reporting, and outbound communications. Additionally, you will support our ongoing Verity integration through data cleanup, process documentation, and execution, ensuring our operations remain accurate, consistent, and scalable.

This role reports to: Senior Manager, Datalinx Platform & Data Management

This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Salesforce and DataBP. Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and campaign data

  • Support the Datalinx Platform & Data Management team with workflow updates, reporting maintenance, and ongoing platform administration activities

  • Assist with Salesforce reporting updates, workflow execution, and operational support activities across the platform

  • Execute outbound communications and campaign deployments using approved messaging, templates, and segmented target lists

  • Maintain core data management processes including data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and database hygiene within Salesforce and related systems

  • Support list creation, audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and outbound workflow execution using Salesforce and integrated tools

  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to support operational tracking and business reporting needs

  • Support the administration and maintenance of third-party data and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo) where applicable

  • Provide operational and administrative support across Datalinx platforms including Salesforce, the TMX Datalinx Webstore, DataBP, Client Portal, and related business workflows

  • Support Business Intelligence initiatives through data preparation, reporting support, dashboard maintenance, and operational analysis

  • Document workflows, operational processes, and standard operating procedures to support consistency and operational efficiency across the organization

  • Support the execution of established workflows and business processes across Salesforce, platform operations, and outbound communication activities

Must Have(s):

  • 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce, CRM operations, business systems support, marketing operations, platform support, or data operations roles

  • Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce, reporting maintenance, CRM operations, workflow execution, and campaign management activities

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, operational consistency, and process execution

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets and reporting workflows

  • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, or similar reporting tools

  • Experience supporting outbound communications, campaign execution, or operational workflows

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working within established processes and procedures

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and operational teams

  • Interest in financial markets, fintech, or market data platforms

Nice to Have(s):

  • Salesforce Administrator certification is considered an asset

  • Familiarity with outbound campaign tools, data enrichment platforms, or marketing automation technologies like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot & Salesloft

  • Exposure to SQL, data analysis, or data visualization concepts

  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Salesforce Flows, Zapier, Power Automate, Workato, or similar platforms

  • Experience working in SaaS, fintech, financial services, market data, or technology organizations

  • Experience with data remediation, data governance, data migration, or CRM data quality initiatives

Salary Range: $28/hour - $33/hour CAD
