  • Work with production and other departments to improve equipment, processes, quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus technical training or experience with manufacturing equipment, mechanical maintenance, or installation.
  • Experience using power and manual hand tools such as multimeters, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, or soldering irons.
  • Basic math skills, including decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, schematics, manuals, catalogs, or prints.
  • Familiarity with production tooling, equipment, and testing equipment.
  • Ability and willingness to learn production processes and equipment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
Why This Opportunity?

You'll have the chance to learn, troubleshoot, and grow alongside new production technology. You'll work closely with experienced technicians, engineers, and production teams while developing the skills needed to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
