Position Summary
The Flex BDR role is an entry-level sales development position designed for individuals eager to build foundational pipeline generation skills and transition into a full-time Inbound BDR role. Flex BDRs provide critical support by covering capacity gaps, executing high-volume campaigns, and contributing to strategic projects. The program includes structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to accelerate your career in technology sales.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide temporary coverage during leaves, open roles, or high-volume campaigns across the BDR organization.

  • Rotate across teams to support organizational capacity needs as directed by BDR Managers.

  • Contribute booked meetings toward the BDR organization's overall quota.

  • Participate in special projects and experiments (e.g., testing new tools, refining workflows, or developing use cases) to improve scalability and efficiency.

  • Shadow experienced BDRs during calls, campaigns, and pipeline reviews to build a strong understanding of inbound demand generation.

The base pay range per annum for this position is: $40,400.00 - 45,000 USD Annual
