RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs a variety of entry-level customer service and clerical tasks.Â
Routinely, processes financial payment transactions. - Responds to employees, management, and customers' queries.
- Performs opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
- Keeps shared work stations and areas clean and sanitary.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.Â
- Minimum age of 18 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska.Â
- Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Must have or the ability to obtain an Alaska Food Handler's Card.
- Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 10-15 pounds, frequently lift and or move up to 25-50 pounds.Â
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, and maintain attention to time constraints, while working in a team or group environment.Â
