Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers and business partners, supporting gift card orders, production updates, inventory inquiries, and account-related requests. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to build a career in customer service, account management, operations, or sales support.

Responsibilities
