Customer Service Representative

Lowell, Arkansas Hybrid With Benefits! Description

Are you looking for an entry-level customer service position where you can work from the comfort of your own home? Our Fortune 500 client is hiring customer service representatives. Apply Today!

*Must reside in the Lowell, Arkansas area*

We are currently hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift

  • Permanent Schedules:
    • 1st Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 3:00 AM CST โ€“ 7:00 PM CST.
    • 2nd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 11:00 AM CST โ€“ 3:00 AM CST.
    • 3rd Shift: Work 8 hour shifts between 7:00 PM CST โ€“ 11:00 AM CST.
  • Training Monday-Friday for 2 weeks, then starting week 3 you will have a more permanent work schedule.
  • Must be available to work weekends

Key Responsibilities

If you were hired for this position, your responsibilities would include taking inbound calls from drivers who need help with anything from a flat tire to a breakdown and working with a team of service providers to connect that customer with immediate support.
