CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN
Reports to: Cultivation Supervisors, Cultivation Manager, Master Grower

innovation and execution. Having 3 cultivation, distribution and manufacturing facilities along with 6 retail
locations throughout Southern California, we can proudly boast that we are a true farm to head cannabis

General Summary
The Cultivation Technician aids in the production, maintenance, and health of all crops by performing tasks
assigned by the Cultivation Manager in a large-scale facility. The technician is responsible for plant
quality, upkeep, and overall efficiency of cultivation operations, including performing all tasks needed
throughout the cycle of the grow to ensure development and evolution of quality products.
Essential Job Functions

- Adherence to all SOPs regarding Cultivation, Cloning, and Pruning/Defoliating
- Able to follow performance metrics and guidelines from managers and supervisors
- Ability to adhere to Metrc protocols for accurate plant tagging
- Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and binning protocols
- Maintain cleanliness through processes and collect plant waste for weighing
- Follow strict biosecurity protocols, maintain sanitation of tools and person
- Careful monitoring of the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for
disease or infestation
- Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery; dispose of waste
according to strict compliance guidelines
- Accurate tracking and recording of data during each phase of the cultivation process
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with CA state
regulations and Company Standard Operating Procedures

- Extensive walking throughout expansive warehouse environment
- Standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and carry a distance of one hundred feet.
- Use hands to finger, handle , and/or feel; the ability to type, pick, pinch with fingers, seize, hold,
grasp or turn with hands and perceive attributes of objects and materials such as size, shape,
temperature or texture, by touching with fingertips
- Maintain balance while walking, standing or crouching
- Twist upper torso repetitively

Expected hours of work
- This is a full-time position
- Weekend and holidays are expected to be worked
- Typical workdays and hours are between Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm
