What You'll Do:
- Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
- Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
- Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
- While this role does not manage people-it leads jobs and ensures successful completion
What It Takes:
- Valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred
- Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure?
In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates-Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of fifteen per hour.
