Job Description

Entry level Sales position for recent college grads.

Did you know that the $12B executive recruiting industry operates today essentially the same way it did back in the early 1960's?  Hard to believe when you consider all of the technological advances made over the past 50 years - like computers and the internet!  

SL8Z recently launched the 1st global crowdsourced marketplace for executive recruiting and we are hiring a small team of sales zealots to help us scale our business and transform an industry.  You bring your ambition, self-motivation and competitive drive and we'll show you how to market our radically disruptive recruiting service throughout the US (and beyond!).

Your primary mission is to build and grow a nationwide client-base for SL8Z.  You will spend your day speaking with senior executives of companies ranging from venture-backed startups to Fortune 500 giants - letting them know that SL8Z can help them recruit their mission critical positions up to 60% faster by leveraging our exclusive network of elite recruiters.  Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Use online and offline resources to research, develop and cultivate leads (don't worry - - we'll teach you!)
  • Make telephone calls to senior-level executives for the purpose of promoting our services. 
  • Conduct demos and presentations to prospects, clients, community groups, etc
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients.
  • Close new business consistently at or above targets
