Job description

Port of Catoosa metal supplier looking to urgently hire a Entry Level Warehouse operator


Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:00PM - 1:30AM, OT as needed on Friday.


Pay: $18.00 per hour paid weekly on Friday


Duties:

  • Safely load and unload steel coils and other material on and off flatbed trailers and rail cars.
  • Ability to safely maneuver around the warehouse with an overhead crane(99.9% of the day) or sit down forklift.
  • Cross training of the slitting machine


Requirements:

  • Must be able to read tape measure, micrometer, caliper and use basic hand and power tools.
  • Previous experience operating overhead crane and forklift preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to walk and stand entire shift.
  • Must be able to work in a non climate controlled environment.


Must be able to pass a pre employment background check and drug screen.
