• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans that articulate achievable goals.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using an array of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused modalities.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients facing acute psychological distress, ensuring immediate and effective support.
• Maintain and update comprehensive, confidential client records, consisting of treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic evaluations, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
• Educate clients and families about mental health challenges and treatment options; facilitate access to community resources, and advocate for their needs as required.
• Engage in continual professional development through training sessions, workshops, and seminars to remain current with advancements in therapeutic practices.

You will work with a wide variety of clients, encompassing individuals, couples, families, and groups who may present with concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. • Must be a licensed mental health therapist with credentials as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.
• A minimum of two years of related experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and capable of both independently managing caseloads and working collaboratively within a team.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

• Experience with culturally diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Previous employment in an outpatient setting is preferred but is not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
