Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans that articulate achievable goals.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using an array of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused modalities.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services to clients facing acute psychological distress, ensuring immediate and effective support.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive, confidential client records, consisting of treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic evaluations, adhering strictly to ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health challenges and treatment options; facilitate access to community resources, and advocate for their needs as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide variety of clients, encompassing individuals, couples, families, and groups who may present with concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Qualifications
