• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' unique mental health concerns, apply clinical diagnoses, and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using various evidence-based modalities, focusing on the client's specific needs and goals.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute mental health distress, ensuring immediate support and resources.
• Document and maintain comprehensive client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards for confidentiality.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care for clients, which enhances overall treatment effectiveness.
• Educate clients and their family members about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for their needs and rights.
• Engage in continuous learning through training sessions, workshops, and professional development to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will provide compassionate care to individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Understanding the distinct needs of each client and employing culturally sensitive therapeutic techniques will be crucial for effective intervention.

• A valid professional license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is mandatory.
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in counseling, psychology, social work, or a relevant field is required.

• At least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required.
