Job description

JOB TITLE: Mental Health Professional (Master's Level)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

LOCATION: In-Office and Facility-Based (Assigned Sites) with Mileage Reimbursement

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate Master 's-Level Mental Health Professional with a degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. This role provides direct behavioral health services in a full-time, in-office, and facility-based capacity. The clinician will collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary staff to deliver high-quality, client-centered care consistent with Louisiana professional standards. This role represents an entry-level clinical tier for master's-prepared professionals who are not yet provisionally licensed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide therapeutic services consistent with individualized treatment plans

- Deliver services in-office and at assigned facility locations

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Louisiana practice standards

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support coordinated care

- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives

- Follow all ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards

SCHEDULING AND HOURS

- This is a full-time position scheduled based on clinic and facility needs

- Services are provided during standard business hours with flexibility based on program demand

- Work assignments may include rotating facility coverage

QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field

- Not provisionally or independently licensed at time of hire

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

COMPENSATION

- Hourly rate: $18–$26 per hour (DOE)
