Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment progress notes and assessment results, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Educate clients and their families on various mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Arizona.
