• Conduct thorough and empathetic client assessments to accurately identify mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities that resonate with the diverse needs and objectives of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention strategies and support for clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment progress notes and assessment results, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Educate clients and their families on various mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development initiatives relevant to mental health therapy.

You will engage with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other complex mental health challenges. Your role is essential in providing tailored support to enhance their emotional resilience and overall quality of life, making a direct impact on their journey toward better mental health.

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Arizona.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with an ability to develop comprehensive treatment approaches.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role, although entry-level candidates with exceptional qualifications may be considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.

• Experience in a clinical setting is advantageous and may include prior roles in hospitals, outpatient facilities, or community centers.
• Specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities or populations can enhance your candidacy.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
