• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns using standardized diagnostic tools, and craft individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.
• Provide a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to support individual and family therapy sessions.
• Respond to crisis situations with effective interventions and support, employing de-escalation techniques to assist clients in acute distress.
• Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care, attending regular case review meetings.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health awareness, self-care strategies, and community resources to enhance their understanding of treatment options.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training sessions to improve therapeutic skills and adhere to evolving standards in the field.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing distinct challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences, you will tailor your approach to meet their specific therapeutic needs, focusing on fostering resilience and positive coping strategies.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the State of Texas.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, evidence-based treatment strategies.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team to provide holistic care.
• A commitment to ethical standards and professional conduct in all aspects of your practice.

• Prior experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
