This position is fully remote, utilizing our advanced telehealth system to connect with clients in various settings. Our telehealth facility is designed to offer flexibility and convenience while maintaining the integrity of therapeutic engagements. As a mental health therapist, you will engage with clients directly through secure videoconferencing platforms, providing them with the support they need from the comfort of their own homes.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities, ensuring strategies align with each client's unique goals.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions that foster progress toward clients' mental health goals.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients encountering acute mental health challenges, navigating them through critical situations with empathy and expertise.
• Document and maintain detailed, confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers—to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment paths, and available community resources, serving as their advocate as needed.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and trainings to stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health concerns. You will apply your clinical skills to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your approach will not only focus on treating symptoms but will also emphasize personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being, ultimately aiding clients in developing coping strategies and vital life skills.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in accordance with state regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of clinically relevant experience, demonstrating strong assessment skills and therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Capability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to adhering to high professional and ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Prior experience in a clinical mental health setting is highly desirable but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
• Exposure to telehealth services and familiarity with digital tools to facilitate online therapy is an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
