  • As aRecruiter with Dynagen Lending, you'll play a key role in supporting our corporate recruiting efforts across multiple departments including sales, operations, and corporate roles. Your primary responisbility will be to help screen and source for entry level candidates.

What you'll do
  • Assist with the full recruiting process from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing communication.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Source passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and creative search strategies.
  • Post and manage job listings across various recruiting platforms.
  • Help organize and participate in new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain candidate information and recruiting metrics in our ATS (Rippling).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruiting team as needed.

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy - experience with ATS systems (Rippling, JazzHR, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Interest in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition as a long-term career path.
