Job description

POSITION VISION
The Revenue and Finance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and analyzing the organization's pricing structures, supplier rebate systems, and general ledger activities. This role provides critical financial insights, ensures the integrity of revenue streams, and supports the preparation of financial statements to guide strategic decision-making.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue & Market Analysis
1. Maintain and analyze the company's Price Book and Price Guides.
2. Oversee and track supplier rebates and billbacks, including collections and reporting.
3. Manage and evaluate costing and inventory valuation systems.
4. Monitor and report on gross profit, pricing, and company KPIs.
5. Organize and analyze large datasets to create actionable reports.
6. Conduct ad-hoc financial and revenue-based analysis for management.
Financial & Accounting Duties
7. Oversee accounting processes ensuring proper GL coding
8. Prepare and post monthly general ledger entries.
9. Complete monthly reconciliations and general ledger schedules.
10. File monthly sales tax, beer tax, and TMT returns.
11. Process GL exports from Eostar; review and post to the general ledger.
QUALITATIVE POSITION OBJECTIVES 1. Assist with the monitoring of the budget trackers for brand support
2. Assist in identifying and correcting Chain pricing
3. Other GL and office duties as assigned

1. Uphold customer service philosophy and exemplify company standards while executing business activities.
