Job Description
The Account Setup Support and Enablement Analyst supports Business Banking Operations by facilitating the onboarding and setup of new business deposit accounts. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality client experience while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of account setup activities. The analyst partners with internal teams and clients to manage account intake, documentation review, and system booking, while proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business banking account requests, including checking, savings, and money market accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation
  • Review account applications and supporting materials for compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate account setup activities, including client communication, document collection, and digital signature processes
  • Complete account booking within internal systems following established procedures
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal partners and business banking clients, responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues
  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including relationship managers and internal operational teams
  • Proactively identify potential risks, process gaps, or compliance concerns and escalate as appropriate
  • Support client onboarding and ongoing servicing activities by providing timely updates, training, and follow-up communication
  • Manage a high volume of requests by prioritizing tasks and balancing new and existing work items
  • Contribute to process improvements, including adoption of digital tools and enhancements to operational efficiency
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically five or more years of customer service experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience in business banking or deposit account operations
  • Familiarity with account opening and onboarding processes for business clients
  • Experience working with internal banking systems used for account setup or servicing
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and processing documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver a professional client experience

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $27.50 - $36.68
