Qualifications

You Have:

  • 1+ year of experience in engineering field
  • Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets
  • Experience capturing systems requirements, documenting in various formats, and leading design and development activities
  • Experience supporting development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts
  • Ability to work a shift schedule 
  • Ability to act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams
  • Ability to provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS Diploma or GED

Nice if You Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python
  • Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivelant technical field 

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

 

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48.08 to $57.70 per hour.  The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch's total compensation package for employees
