D.R. Horton, Inc.ย is currently looking for aย Contract Signer for their Financial Services Title Department. The right candidate will meet and greet homebuyers during closing for signature and notary process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review all closing documents to ensure all closing documents are signed and notarized correctly
  • Prepare a copy of all the closing documents for the homebuyers to keep as their records
  • Give the homebuyers a warrant booklet
  • Issue the keys to the homebuyer one they have been approved by the Escrow Officer

Education and/or Experience

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
