Entry Level Sales Enablement Specialist

What You Will Be Doing:
The Sales Enablement Specialist assists in providing the Sales team with the strategic resources needed to be more effective and efficient in their interactions with customers and prospective buyers, and execution of Sales enablement programs for various Sales teams across the organization. The Sales Enablement Specialist is a key asset to the Sales Enablement team in helping to manage the day-to-day tactical elements of the coordination, delivery, and measurement of their programs. This is a full-time position; you will be required to work on site.
Description:
• Develop relationships with global Sales employees
• Recognize successful sales strategies and have the ability to communicate them to others
• Provide strategic support of sales enablement programs to improve the effectiveness of the Sales team, including program design, content curation, and tracking
• Assist with the tracking of key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to sales enablement efforts to show return on investment (ROI) and overall impact on the business
• Field inquiries from the Sales team and act as a liaison between the Sales team and Sales Enablement
• Coordinate scheduling and registration tracking for training webinars and programs
• Track data trends and liaise with subject matter experts, senior management, and the Sales team on training and improvement strategies
• Travel to conferences, trainings, or team meetings as needed
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Required Skills:
