What You'll Doย 
As a Restoration Technician, you'll work alongside experienced team members responding to residential and commercial property damage. Your responsibilities may include:ย 
  • Water extraction and structural drying after water damage
  • Mold remediation and small particle cleaning following industry standards
  • Crawlspace encapsulation and moisture control projects
  • Basement waterproofing and foundation crack repair
  • Demolition of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, and other building materials
  • Setting up dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA air scrubbers, and containment systems
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and restoring affected areas
  • Equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Photographing and documenting work using company software
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout every project
Every day is different, which means you'll continually learn new skills while helping customers through challenging situations.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation to our East Dundee office
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and basements
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Ability to safely climb ladders
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training
  • Willingness to work after hours and out of stateย
