As an integral part of our team, the Investment Banking Analyst will support strategic advisory and capital markets transactions for Consumer & Retail clients. With a focus on long-term value creation, our private partnership model provides a dynamic and collaborative environment for professional growth and client exposure.
Responsibilities
  • Support M&A transactions, equity offerings, and debt financings for Consumer & Retail clients.
  • Develop financial models and conduct analyses to support transaction execution.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and consumer behavior within the sector.
  • Analyze financial statements and operating metrics to identify key insights.
  • Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Monitor capital markets activity and emerging trends in consumer products and retail.
  • Assist senior bankers in client relationship management and business development.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.
  • Prior experience covering Consumer & Retail companies is highly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of M&A transactions and capital markets processes.
