Job description

The Virtus Solution is a boutique IT/Management Consulting firm looking for talented, tech-savvy and ambitious Consultants who want to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

An Entry-Level Consultant is a key role in The Virtus Solution's growing team. The successful Consultant will work closely with their project manager and team to assist in analyzing the client's business needs and IT environments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to meet business goals.

The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth and efficiency. Consultants should have effective communication skills and be able to thrive in a dynamic team-oriented environment.

Qualifications below:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field 
  • Experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in technology-driven solutions.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
