Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level)

Location: Vancouver, WA (Downtown)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing construction team. This is an entry-level, in-person role with strong potential for long-term growth.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and takes initiative to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and insurance adjusters
  • Manage mail, deliveries, and office organization
  • Maintain clean and professional office and meeting spaces
  • Schedule project estimates and manage calendars
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups (materials, dumpsters, portable toilets)
  • Assist with job site logistics and occasional local errands
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks
  • Create and update documents using Excel or Apple Numbers
  • Assist with time tracking and internal scheduling
  • Help with company events and occasional social media content
