Duration: 6 Months (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: San Diego, CA 92121
Shifts Available: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Position Overview
We're seeking entry-level Production Operators to support aerospace component manufacturing and repair. Ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in the aerospace sector. Hands-on training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Use hand tools, sanders, and sandblasters to fabricate or repair aerospace parts.
  • Load and unload components into chemical milling systems and furnaces.
  • Follow process documentation (travelers) to inspect and complete tasks accurately.
  • Participate in On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and standards.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
