Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

The Production Worker operates on a fast-paced food processing and production line, performing a variety of tasks that support the safe and efficient preparation of food products from raw ingredients through final packaging and shipment.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a food processing and production line in a high-volume environment.
  • Handle raw ingredients and prepare them for processing according to established procedures.
  • Add seasonings and other ingredients accurately and consistently to meet product specifications.
  • Assist with blending and grinding operations, monitoring equipment and product flow.
  • Package products by canning, steaming (pressure cooking), bagging, and palletizing as required.
  • Perform general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials and finished goods.
  • Operate basic production and packaging machinery and follow machine operation instructions.
  • Complete packing and assembly tasks to ensure products are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and hygiene standards throughout the production process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Perform the same assigned duty consistently throughout the shift, maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • Stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality.
