Job Description
Production Associate (Utility II) | Now Hiring | Turlock, CA
Compensation:
• Competitive starting pay rate of $23.55/hour
Available Shift:
• Rotating Shifts (works 2 weeks on each shift - must be available to work all shifts)
  • 1st: 6:50am - 3:00pm
  • 2nd: 2:50pm - 11:00pm
  • 3rd: 10:50pm - 7:00am

This is an entry level manufacturing position responsible for handling stacks of paper cartons and monitoring the quality of our product.
Responsibilities
• Manufacturing/production/warehouse experience desired but not required
• Previous packaging experience a PLUS!
• Previous experience working on a production floor a PLUS!
Qualifications
• Accredited High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent attendance and demonstrated commitment to excellent job performance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) including overtime
• Motivation to train two jobs up
• High energy and a passion for a manufacturing career
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience using tools, preferred not required
• Sound judgment and decision making
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Ability to detect colors and shades
• Ability to read, write and follow instructions
• Demonstrates teamwork and cooperation in accomplishing all tasks
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, standing, kneeling, climbing and walking for extended periods of time; capable of repetitive gripping, pinching, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling with weight ranges up to 50 pounds; ability to perform repeated twisting, bending and reaching
